Where will we be setting up?

HELPFUL INFO: For outdoor events, we would need access to a nearby power outlet. And to get the best photo quality and protection from elements out of our control (heat, rain, winds, etc), we would need to be in a covered area (a 10x10 tent, or a patio with a 10 ft.ceiling).
